Return & Refund

We do not provide refunds; however, you are free to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Please provide your full name and account username/login and allow a minimum of 3 business days for your subscription to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your subscription before the next monthly billing, you must contact us PRIOR to the charge being processed. We do not provide refunds unless there was an error on our part.
